Position Summary: The Drayage and International Sales Executive will play a key role in identifying and securing new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in drayage, international, and intermodal logistics
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to customer needs
Negotiate pricing and service agreements aligned with company goals
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Report on sales activity, pipeline progress, and performance metrics
Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to boost company visibility
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in logistics, transportation, or drayage
Strong understanding of intermodal transportation and container logistics
Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong work ethic
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
