Position Summary:
The Drayage and International Sales Executive will play a key role in identifying and securing new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with industry experience and a passion for delivering custom logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in drayage, international, and intermodal logistics
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to customer needs
  • Negotiate pricing and service agreements aligned with company goals
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Report on sales activity, pipeline progress, and performance metrics
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to boost company visibility

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in logistics, transportation, or drayage
  • Strong understanding of intermodal transportation and container logistics
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong work ethic
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
