Senior Staff Accountant - Fort Worth, TX

As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions. This is a key role that requires strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.

- Perform account reconciliations and account analysis to ensure accuracy.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Conduct tax preparation and filing activities.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any accounting discrepancies or issues.
- Provide support during audits or financial reviews.
- Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Extensive experience with QuickBooks Online
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
