Capital Professionals is in search of an Office Scheduler / Administrator for our established and growing plumbing company located in NW Ft Worth. This is a direct hire permanent position with a salary range of $45 to 52k depending on experience. The ideal individual will be able to run the office, have construction experience, do project billing, communicate with clients and personal, work as team player and have a positive outgoing personality.

Working knowledge of QuickBooks

Highly capable of working within Microsoft Suite of products especially Outlook, Word, and Excel

Overseeing administrative functions
Greeting clients, answering phones, and replying to client emails
Conducting research and compiling reports for supervisors and other employees
Scheduling meetings and events and organizing any necessary materials for them.
Work collaboratively with management to ensure matters pending response are completed with a high quality and in a timely manner.
Prepare materials that may be of a confidential nature.
Act as the point of contact between management and team members/customers
