Capital Professionals is pleased to be assisting our client in their search for a Financial Controller to join their team. The ideal candidate detail oriented, efficient, energetic, driven and outgoing and ready to make a positive impact on the team. This position will oversee and be responsible for all accounting operations functions of the company and preparing monthly financial reports. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversees all accounting operational functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, commissions
• Oversees employees responsible for varies tasks including billing, collections, financial reporting
• Responsible for communicating monthly reports to Senior Leadership
• Monitor cash flow
• Excellent leadership, management, and supervisory skills

Education/Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• CPA preferred, but not required
• 5+ Years in Accounting or Finance
• Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft's Great Plains & Excel
