Capital Professional Staffing, LLC is seeking a Sales Manager for a company that handles sales and management for in flight food, beverages and amenities. The company is the industry leader and has been in business for over 30 years. They are looking for a talented, dedicated, and ambitious Sales Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing assigned Principals and supporting other Sales Executives with report creation and industry analysis. This position will be based out of Grapevine, TX. This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take ownership of the position and work with a solid well-established team.
 
Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned Customers including participation in all strategy and bid development activities
  • Respond to customer requests and bids
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Make regular contact with airlines, airline catering organizations and manufacturers supplying the airline industry
  • Assist with sales reports and analysis
  • Interact and manage distributor network as required
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
  • Must have exceptional organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work without direct supervision
  • Must live in the greater Dallas area (do not apply, unless you live in this area)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or experience equivalent
  • Proven track record of sales and marketing success
  • Must have excellent Excel, Power Point and Word skills
