Office Administrator - Plumbing Company

Capital Professionals is in search of an Office Administrator for our established and growing plumbing company located in NW Ft Worth. The ideal individual will be able to run the office, have construction experience, be familiar with Service Titan or similar service industry software, do project billing, communicate with clients and personal, work as team player and have a positive outgoing personality.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills- the ability to interact with colleagues and clients in a professional and effective manner.
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Experience with Service Titan or similar service industry software experience
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Understanding and ability to do project billing effectively.
  • Highly capable of working within Microsoft Suite of products especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Team player attitude, solid work ethic, willing to pitch-in where needed.
  • Uphold strong customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations.
  • High performing individual with a talent to influence and lead.
  • Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently and drive them to closure with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and in dealing with ambiguity.
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing administrative functions
  • Greeting clients, answering phones, and replying to client emails
  • Conducting research and compiling reports for supervisors and other employees
  • Scheduling meetings and events and organizing any necessary materials for them.
  • Work collaboratively with management to ensure matters pending response are completed with a high quality and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare materials that may be of a confidential nature.
  • Act as the point of contact between management and team members/customers
  • Manage phone calls and emails.
  • Work under limited supervision/guidance
